Welcome to Mannum Community College

Mannum Community College’s vision guides us to provide a challenging school program that develops all students as successful, lifelong, resilient learners with respect for themselves, others and the environment. Student learning and wellbeing are our core business. We challenge our students in a supportive, progressive environment and help them discover their full potential. We ensure our students have the skills, knowledge, social and emotional capabilities they need to succeed now and throughout their adult life. We are guided by our RIVER values in everything we do: R – Respect, I – Integrity, V – Vitality, E – Excellence, and R – Responsibility.

Mannum Community College has excellent facilities and is set in well maintained grounds. We offer classes from Reception to Year 12. We also offer an Independent Learning program for students who wish to complete their SACE through a flexible learning option. Our learning programs are delivered by a committed teaching team and well trained support staff. At Mannum Community College we have a strong focus on creating a nurturing and supportive environment, which allows students to explore subjects, career pathways and personal areas of interest. Our students have access to state of the art education facilities, ICT resources, high level curriculum programs, university level extension study programs and a range of Vocational Education Training (VET) courses to thrive and achieve their desired outcomes.

We value our links to the community with its unique environment, people, resources and profile within the Murray and Mallee area and beyond as a tourist hub for the state and nation. Our Governing Council has a pivotal role in supporting and promoting school programs and works in partnership with staff and leadership to build strong school home partnerships and open lines of communication. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to develop strong links with their children’s teachers and site leaders.
